Cytolog Tablet

Cytolog Tablet is used in medical abortion and post-delivery bleeding. It is also used to treat gastric ulcers. It contains Misoprostol, which increases the womb’s (uterus) contraction and dilates the cervix, thereby expelling the pregnancy. Thus, it can cause termination of pregnancy. It can also prevent post-delivery bleeding due to poor contraction of the uterus. You may experience menorrhagia (heavy menstrual bleeding), nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, uterine contractions, and stomach cramps. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
